Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Palmorix, we strive to provide a premium, insightful AI-driven experience. Because our services are digital and delivered instantly, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Nature of Product

Palmorix provides digital AI-generated palmistry reports. These are classified as intangible digital goods. Once a “Premium Scan” is initiated and the report is generated, the service is considered “consumed.”

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Digital Goods: As the reports are generated instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds once the AI analysis has been delivered to your screen.

  • Technical Failures: If your payment was successful (amount debited) but you encountered a technical error (e.g., website crash, “No AI content returned,” or a blank screen), you are eligible for a resolution. In such cases:

    1. We will first attempt to regenerate your report manually at no extra cost.

    2. If we cannot provide the service, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Double Payments: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the AI’s “predictions” or “tone” (as AI results are for entertainment purposes).

  • User error (e.g., uploading a blurry image or a non-palm image).

  • Change of mind after the report has been generated.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • One-Time Purchases: Since Palmorix currently operates on a pay-per-report model, there are no ongoing subscriptions to cancel. Each transaction is a final, one-time purchase.

  • Pending Orders: You may cancel the process at any time before completing the payment on the gateway (Razorpay/Cashfree) screen.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund regarding a technical failure:

  1. Email us at contact@palmorix.com within 24 hours of the transaction.

  2. Include your Order ID, the Email Address used for the scan, and a Screenshot of the payment confirmation.

  3. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or NetBanking).
