You agree to upload only images of your own palm or images for which you have explicit consent.
You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Pricing: The prices for Premium AI Reports are clearly displayed on the checkout page.
Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment via our integrated gateway (Razorpay/Cashfree), the digital report is generated and displayed instantly.
Incomplete Transactions: If money is debited but the report is not generated due to technical issues, the user is entitled to a manual report or a full refund within 5-7 working days.
Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital content, once a “Premium Report” has been generated and accessed, no refunds will be issued.
Failed Analysis: If the AI is unable to process your image after payment, you may re-upload a clearer image at no extra cost.
